Check out Louie Foxx’s Amazing Americans show. This was originally created to book during 2026, which is the USA’s 250th birthday. This show is a history-based magic and trivia show, however it can be used any year!
This show highlights accomplishments by Americans that have made the USA and the world a cooler place. The video of this show is a great way to get inspired to create material for your show…or even use any or all of the material “as-is” from Louie’s show!
What you get:
1: Video of Louie presenting the show at a school assembly: This allows you to see the whole thing in context: You get to see the whole thing in context: pacing, transitions, audience management, the little choices that make routines land harder than the method alone ever could.
2: PDF of the script of the show: This will save you a ton of time if you’re trying to learn one of the routines, or the entire show!
3: Video walk through of all of the props used in the show: In this video, Louie shows each of the props used in the show and even talks about the production tech (audio/video) that he uses.
4: PDF of the shopping list of the props: You won’t have to hunt around or try to guess the names for any commercially available props that Louie uses.

A couple of notes about the show. This show packs in and out in one trip from the car, and everything plays big! The entire show, including sound and video setup and teardown, takes less than 15 minutes. All that’s needed from the school or library is a table.

Monopoly: There are 4 red buildings and 1 green house. Five kids each take one without me seeing who has what. I find the green house and reveal a prediction with the kid’s name who has the green house.
