Ice Cream Cup $40
Backstory: I needed a way to vanish ice cream for a show, and the original thought was for it to turn into confetti. The problem with confetti is that it leaves a mess that needs to be swept or vacuumed by someone. That’s why this uses streamers; they give the same visual “pop” as confetti, but without the mess.
In my routine, I use Dan Harlan’s The Scoop prop to pretend to scoop ice cream from a tub into the ice cream cup. You could pretend to put any small object into my ice cream cup using sleight of hand or the Loop Ball principle, and then have it change into streamer.
I’m going to leave the “what” you put into the cup and the “how” you pretend to sneak it out up to you.
